DELIVERY POLICY/ INFORMATION/ Returns
Where possible, we provide a next-day delivery service but most deliveries take between 5 – 7 working days.
. If delivery is expected to be longer than 5-7 days, we will contact you by telephone or email.
Due to demand, delivery times throughout July and August can be greatly increased. In August especially, delivery can take up to 14 working days. We will contact you to advise you on delivery times throughout these months, if delays are expected.

Our Couriers will attempt delivery once and will leave calling cards if the order was not delivered. However it is your responsibility to rearrange a new delivery day.
Items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
If the items despatched are faulty or the wrong items have been despatched, then please contact us ( 01274730846) (firstname.lastname@example.org). If the items do not fit due to the wrong size being ordered, or the items are no longer required, then it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to our store at their own expense. Once the items have been returned, we will then issue a refund onto the card that was used to pay for the item. Refunds usually take between 5 –7 working days.
Contact us to notify us that you have an item to be returned, within 3 days of delivery. Please package the item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 14 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery courier service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered a faulty item to you.
If you have received an item that is faulty, please contact us within 3 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. You will have to return the Item yourself by either taking it to our shop where you will be issued with a full refund upon proof of purchase being presented or by returning the item to us in the post. We will not refund postage costs if the delivery contained more than one item. If you choose to return the item via post or courier then please contact us to discuss methods for refunding any monies owed to you.
Personalised goods are non-returnable (please note that this does not affect your statutory rights). On personalised items, please allow extra time for delivery due to the extended processing time. The total order will be processed once the goods have been personalised.
