Can we have our names on our tops? 
 
Of course! If you're getting a quote through our online shop, just type in the name you want to see on your kit in the comments area and we'll add it. If you're ordering in bulk, just send us a list. 
Can you send me a proof of how the garments will look? 
 
Before you order, we will happily supply you with a mock-up of what your garment is going to look like so you can make sure it's right before we get started. 
What is a set-up charge? 
 
A set-up charge is the cost of converting your logo into format we can use. If we are embroidering, we need a very specific set of instructions so our machines know where to use each colour and in what order. 
 
For screenprinting we need to make screens for your designs to mask off areas of fabric. Some types of artwork, like simple text, can avoid this charge, so feel free to call us for more details. 
How do I send you artwork? 
 
The easiest way is by using our Artwork Upload page. Or, if you prefer, you can email your artwork to caroline@emblazon.biz. To find out more about the technical specs give us a call. If it's a big file (more than 10Mb) then it would be great if you could call us first to let us know it's coming. If you prefer, we are happy to accept files on disc. We can also do paper designs, but we'll make a small charge for converting them into a format we can use with our machines. 
Why don't you have a price list? 
 
Each and every one of our orders is different – that's what makes us so popular! That is also why it's so much easier for us to give you a quote than it is to send you a price list. 
What happens if my order contains personalised items?? 
 
Personalised goods are non-returnable (please note that this does not affect your statutory rights). On personalised items, please allow extra time for delivery due to the extended processing time. The total order will be processed once the goods have been personalised.
